All systems have been fully migrated and are up and running. Engineers are doing their final checks.

We are still experiencing networking performance issues which unfortunately has pushed out the maintenance window by a couple of hours. We are doing everything we can to complete the maintenance as soon as possible.

We anticipate the maintenance to complete by 23:00 UTC.

Migration of customer systems is still underway. We had hoped to complete all migrations within the 12 hour maintenance window. Unfortunately due to network performance issues the migration will take slightly longer than we had expected. We anticipate the maintenance to complete by 21:00 UTC.

We apologise about the over running of this maintenance and we are doing everything we can to complete this as soon as possible.

Update 17:00 UTC
The migration of customers' systems from our US Rackspace Datacentre to the Azure Datacentre is taking longer than was planned. The secure transfer of all customer systems has been progressing since 07:00 UTC this morning but there have been some network performance issues which is resulted in the slower transfer that expected. We have been working with data centre engineers to resolve the network performance issues.

The migration is still progress and we will update this page in due course once we have a final time for when the migration will be complete.

Scheduled Maintenance Started at 07:00 UTC
Vivantio will be performing essential maintenance on Sunday 22nd October, for all customers on our US Rackspace Platform.

All customers affected by this maintenance will have received several direct communications that explain the maintenance and provide advice on actions required prior to the maintenance.

The maintenance is scheduled with a start time of 03:00 EDT / 08:00 BST / 07:00 UTC. Anticipated downtime is approx. 2-5 hours, however please allow up to 12 hours for potential disruption.

We will update this page on completion of the maintenance.
