Scheduled - Vivantio will be performing our regular monthly maintenance on the Vivantio platform(s) on the below date and time. This maintenance includes: standard server patching.

Please note that this is preventative maintenance only, and not a product/feature release; no changes will be made to Vivantio applications during this maintenance window. For details of recent/upcoming product releases, please visit the Vivantio Community Forum at https://forum.vivantio.com.

The Vivantio Platform will remain generally available throughout this maintenance. However, some customers may experience short periods of disruption during the window, although we will keep this to a minimum.

Resolved - The fix for the issues experienced by some customers regarding creating new tickets via the Self Service Portal and the Email To Ticket have now been resolved.

The fix has been confirmed and tested and rolled out to all customers affected.

A post mortem will be updated in due course regarding the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Investigating - Relating to the previous issue and some customers experiencing issues with creating Tickets via the Self Service Portal.

A fix has been rolled out but it is taking a bit longer to roll out to all customers. We had previously said this issue was resolved but we have discovered that roll out of the fix is taking longer than we originally thought.

During further investigation it has also been discovered that this is impacting some customers with raising tickets via email as well. The fix that is currently being rolled out will resolve this issue as well once it has been fully completed.

We anticipate that the roll out of the fix will be completed by 09:30 BST.

We apologise for the previous notification that the issue was resolved as this was a bit premature.

As soon as this fix has been fully rolled out and confirmed we will provide an update.

Resolved - The issue has now been resolved and the problem with raising tickets via the Self Service Portal has been fixed.

Including our own Vivantio Support Portal. https://support.vivantio.com - so customer can now log tickets successfully in our own portal again as well.

A post mortem will be updated in due course regarding the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Identified - We have identified the issue that is affect some customers' Self Service Portal and the ability to log new tickets. We are implementing a fix now and will provide an update shortly.

This is affecting the Vivantio Support Portal as well so customers are not able to raise new tickets for our Support Team via our Portal at the moment so please email support@vivantio.com if required.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue logged by a few customers where tickets are not able to be logged within the Self Service Portal. As soon as we have further information we will provide an update.
