The provider of our UK Rackspace has informed us that they need to carry out essential maintenance to their networking switches. This maintenance will take place on June 21st.
The maintenance window is scheduled for 2 hours. For the most part they do not anticipate any loss of service during this time however there may be a maximum of 10-15 minutes where a small number of customers may experience some disruption.
We will keep our status page up to date with progress.
This maintenance only affects customers on the Vivantio UK Rackspace Platform.
